ASMR 10 Triggers to Help You Sleep was another video she posted in July 2017that was watched 38 million times as of August 2022. In August 2017, Shane Dawson featured her during an interview. The channel also reached one million users shortly afterwards. Wired UK calculated that she was earning $1,000 a daily on her YouTube Channel in February 2019.

Dennis Helfer along with Elaine Helfer were the parents of Helfer who was born. Her parents are born to German, English, Swedish and Norwegian origin. She studied at William E. Hay Composite High School in Stettler, Alberta. She worked and lived at the farm of her family with her three sisters: Trena, Tammy and Tara. At age 17 years old, a scout for models at an agency spotted Helfer as she waited at the front of a line for entry into a cinema.
